‘‘This sculpture “Falcon on a Tower” is one of 2 similar sculptures, that I was particularly experimenting with the silhouettes that sculptures can create. It is designed to work against a wall to reveal this aspect. It is of course about falcons too, a continuing fascination since my early days as an art student at Exeter College of Art and Design. This and its pair, is a good opportunity to acquire a striking sculpture at a modest price’.
