WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IF YOU ORDER A SCULPTURE
All my sculptures are packed extremely carefully and appropriately to each piece. Please ensure you read any unpacking instructions enclosed with the sculpture. All sculptures are made by myself, in my studio in Derbyshire.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IF YOU ORDER A PRINT
Unless otherwise stated, my prints are sold unframed, backed on acid free mount board and cellophane wrapped, or rolled and packed in a card tube. All prints are printed by me in my studio in Derbyshire.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship all sculptures and prints to UK mainland addresses usually with the Royal Mail.

Most work can be shipped internationally. Owing to the variety of sizes and weights involved, please contact Jeremy James for shipping costs of particular pieces.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship orders within 3/4 days of receipt.
Unless otherwise stated, for UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are generally sent by ParcelForce using their 48 hours service.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact Jeremy James
We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Postage will not be refunded.
